Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide knowledge on basic concepts about inheritance law.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Wiil be able to explain the concepts related to inheritance law,
  • Wiil be able to discuss inheritance rights,
  • Wiil be able to identify the inheritors,
  • Wiil be able to determine heritage shares,
  • Wiil be able to describe problems related to heritage in the real estate sector.
Course Description Basic concepts about inheritance law, legitimate heirs, seisins due to death in formal and material terms, inheritance, acquisition and sharing.
